Shipping & Delivery
Free delivery across India. Standard shipping costs ₹0 on all orders, including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. There is no additional COD delivery charge where COD is offered.
Processing and delivery
Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on the destination and courier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; any available delivery options and current estimates are shown at checkout.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we send tracking details by email so you can follow it through the courier partner.
Lost, damaged or incorrect shipments
If an order has not arrived or appears lost, email info@dheetwears.com with your order number so we can investigate.
For damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect products, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Eligible claims are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. If a package is visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse it where possible and contact us promptly.
Addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your address and phone number when ordering. If a shipment is returned because of incorrect details or failed delivery, any re-shipping is handled under our returns policy and may involve an additional charge.
